Just hung up on a live chat with @Verizon. 15 minutes and nothing accomplished. Asked several times for them to just send me a phone number so I can talk to a person. Never complied.

@GinaMel5107 @Stonekettle @Verizon Sprint was amazing at all levels. Never had a problem, great pricing, no spam calls.Then TMobile bought them and the difference is a new toilet vs an unflushed one.
